When I meditate sitting outside, it makes me feel more energetic, alert and active so that I can pay closer attention to the touching point of in_breath and out_breath but when I meditate inside the room, it makes me feel too much comfortable and the mind is too much relaxed and easy to be restless.
Therefore, I do not like my meditation students to meditate inside their own room. It will make them so weak and hard to be energized for their meditation. Therefore I do not allow them to meditate inside their room. Continue reading “My forest and I”
