When and How shall you start meditation?

As soon as you wake up, please, do paying attention for 2 minutes to your own breath even at a comfortable position of reclining on bed just before you get up. I know how much your mind is fast; your mind will go to your schedule quickly by saying “Oh! Dear, I’m late to wake up. I must rush not to be late. I must also do my morning prayer 🙏. Oh, my body is ached all over. How can I do this 2 minutes mindfulness meditation?, and so on”. Human mind is used to complaining itself very softly, most of the time.

You will easily see how much your mind is busy within such 2 minutes attention to your breathing. It seems as if you have no time even to breath properly. However, please do it. You will soon get used to it. You should wake up not with stress but with calmness and peacefulness to keep you fit, healthy and strong 💪 physically and mentally. You know “Practice makes perfect 👌.

I hope all the auspicious spiritual and secular benefits would be poured on you. May you lead yourself peacefully and happily from now on and may you be experienced with all the nice, beautiful and happy people and things from now on.
