A Little Meditation Technique

We must practice meditation in four natural postures: siting, walking, standing and reclining. Just in the natural postures there is nothing special in meditation. Something really special in meditation is a firm, strong and healthy “Mindfulness” on the object of meditation. We must be firmly mindful of everything in these four postures. Actually, we have add “Mindfulness” to our daily activities when we do this meditation.

In Sitting, sit crow-legged, keep the back straight, close the eyes softly and rest your hands on the lap pacing on each other and you must be mindful of in-breath and out-breath very regularly. not necessary to make it deep breath or soft breath but try to be mindful of very nature of you breath. The most important thing you must do is that you have to very attentively, energetically, diligently, closely and preciously be mindful of in-breath and out-breath. Try not to miss any single breath. Only then can it call meditate. Otherwise, you are not meditating just staying in day dream and fantasy. In walking, you must be very attentively mindful of touching point of your foot to the ground or to the floor. Of course, at the beginning, nothing is easy. When you are used to it, you will feel a little bit easier, better and more comfortable with your meditation practice. You may probably do it at home, whenever you need if you have learned the technique. I just want to write a book about “A Simple Meditation Technique” with my experience in the forest. Well, learn it and try it and start it at home. It is better than nothing.
