The problem between true love and expectation and Mindfulness as a Tool

The problem between true love and expectation and the tool that can solve such a problem. This tool is “Mindfulness”.

Actually, true love should not stupidly be wrapped in serious and deep expectation from someone else you deeply love from the bottom of your deepest heart. If there is a serious and deep expectation in love, it won’t work properly. I’m sure that it will bring you a deep trouble and it will bring you craziness and unhappiness too.

True love should sincerely, purely and honestly be wrapped in a wisdom that can make both parties secure, safe, respectful, careful, reliable, trustworthy, and warmly closer to each other’s heart to truly take care of each other with mutual care and respect keeping each other’s heart warm forever. It s called “Metta” according to Buddhism.

All we, humanity, need is just such a true love from between boys and girls to between two nations. Then, and only then will the world and humanity beautiful, happy, safe and secure and peaceful without discriminating among humanity seeing each other’s benefits and happiness. When I write this, I feel so deep down to my heart.

If we do not practice such a true love, love even between boys and girls will never be reliable and trustworthy. How can it make you happy, then? Some day, you can face some serious problems when you cannot fulfill each other’s expectation satisfactorily.

In these days, it is much harder to find someone who will bring you such a true love sincerely. It is the truth that most of boys and girls are facing across the world nowadays. Therefore, you need practice of mindfulness, once again. You should be well-trained in the practice of mindfulness. May all of you understand the meaning of true love and find someone who is practicing this and try to live by it. I hope you get it.

(In my opinion, true love should not stupidly be wrapped in deep and serious expectation from someone you truly love. If you do so, you should not love someone else and you should also not be loved by anyone else this way.)

Ashin Kekasa is a graduate in Mathematics. He finished his both public and monastic educations. His major interest was Mindfulness-Based Vipassana Meditation instructed in Buddhism. He took six months long retreat course in Mahasi Meditation Center when he was a layman. After his six months long meditation practice, he became a Buddhist ordained in Mahasi Tradition. However, he wanted to know much more about Buddhist philosophy so he moved to Mahagandhayon monastery to study Pali scriptures seriously. He founded his own forest meditation center 15 years ago. He has been conducting Vipassana retreat for laypeople twice a year.
